Hello there! Thank you so much for stopping on by :) My name is Brent Cameron, but my friends call me Animal. It is a nickname I earned on the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mats of California many years ago. 

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years and I am Pumped and Excited about getting YOU Fit & Healthy! I Love getting people in shape and positively changing theirs lives now so they are Fit for many years to come. It is truly my Passion & Calling in this life! I have worked with a variety of clientele over the years and have helped them reach goals they never thought possible! I have a college degree and throughout my training career I have passed the most coveted personal training credentials out there. They include all of the following: NSCA (C.S.C.S.), NASM, AFAA, NESTA, APEX, & AED/CPR.

Why should you train with me? That’s a Great question and I hope we get a chance to talk more about this in person so I can explain my answer more throughly, but for now here is my website answer…Real Results! If you are looking to get Results that are Real and life changing, then you found the right place. 

Here’s what I mean when I talk about getting people specific and tangible Results. The reality of the Fitness industry is that there is a LOT of misinformation and opinions floating around out there. We all know that bad information is just something to be ignored. But what about all of the Fitness “opinions,” or as I like to call them “bad ideas” out there? Should anybody pay attention to those misinformed concepts? Heck No!!! But the unfortunate reality is that a lot of people spend years listening to their friends, watching television, or reading so called fitness magazines, that drone on about fitness stuff that never works. Most of the stuff out there in popular media is based on people’s “opinion” about what works. My Real Results! program is based on research and training methods that actually yield Real Results! The way I train someone has nothing to do with my opinion, but is instead based on scientifically proven training protocols and methods. Getting Real Fitness Results isn’t a mystery that needs to be solved, it is simply a matter of doing the correct things long enough to get you where you want to be. Henceforth the Results my clientele see are REAL because they are based on what really works, and not what “I think” will work.

During your appointment we will go over your Goals, Training History, & Injury History.
