Here’s WHY You Should Take Zinc DAILY

Zinc is one of the core supplements that I suggest my clients take, b/c it’s such an important nutrient to have at baseline levels.

Zinc plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including optimizing protein synthesis, increasing natural testosterone levels and of course strengthening the body’s immune system.

Zinc Influences Cellular Health

Our body cannot produce Zinc; hence it should be obtained through diet or supplements. Zinc is found in various food sources, including Red Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Beans, Nuts & Whole Grains.

Zinc is involved in over 300 Enzymatic Reactions in the body, making it critical component of various physiological processes. It plays a crucial role in DNA Synthesis, Protein Synthesis, Wound Healing & Cell Division. Zinc also plays a crucial role in maintaining the structure and function of Cell Membranes.

Zinc = Protein Synthesis & Natural Testosterone Boost

Protein Synthesis is the process by which our body produces new proteins. Proteins are essential for various functions, including the Building & Repairing Tissues, Producing Hormones & Enzymes and maintaining a Healthy Immune System.

Testosterone is a hormone that plays a crucial role in Protein Synthesis. Testosterone is produced in the testes in men and ovaries in women. Testosterone is responsible for a host of physiological processes including; Building Muscle Mass, Bone Density & Promoting Hair Growth.

Zinc’s ROLE in Protein Synthesis
& Testosterone Production

Zinc is required for the synthesis of DNA & RNA. Both of these molecules an essential part of the Protein Synthesis process. Zinc also plays a crucial role in regulating the activity of Enzymes that are involved in Protein Synthesis.

Zinc is also required for the production of Testosterone. Testosterone is produced in the testes in men and ovaries in women. Zinc is required for the synthesis of Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which stimulates the production of testosterone. Zinc also plays a crucial role in maintaining the structure and function of the prostate gland.

Anti-Aging Benefits of Zinc + Antioxidant

Zinc is a potent Antioxidant that helps to protect the body against free radicals. Free Radicals are molecules that cause damage to Cells & Tissues. Free Radicals are produced as a byproduct of various physiological processes, including Metabolism & Immune System function.

And if you’re interested in living a Longer, Healthier and more Vibrant LIFE

Zinc can help with this goal by playing an important role as an Anti-Aging nutrient. It does this by protecting the body against Oxidative Stress, which can accelerate the aging process. Zinc also helps to maintain the structure and function of Cell Membranes, which help prevent age-related diseases.

Exercise Benefits of Zinc

Research has shown that taking 30mg of Zinc Daily helps to boost levels of Free Testosterone in the human body. This means Zinc is crucial for exercise Performance.

Zinc is required for the synthesis of DNA & RNA, which are essential for Muscle Growth & Repair. Zinc is also required for the production of Testosterone, which is crucial for building Muscle Mass & Strength.

Zinc deficiency can lead to decreased exercise performance, including decreased muscle strength and endurance. Zinc supplementation can help to improve exercise performance by increasing muscle strength and endurance.

Zinc Efficiency & Deficiency

Zinc efficiency is the amount of Zinc that our body absorbs and utilizes. Zinc efficiency can be affected by various factors including; Diet, Age & Health Status.

Zinc deficiency can lead to various health problems, including impaired Immune System Function, Growth Retardation and problems with Wound Healing.

Zinc deficiency is prevalent in developing countries, where the diet is often low in Zinc. Zinc deficiency can also occur in people who consume a diet that is high in phytates, which can inhibit Zinc absorption.

How Much Zinc Supplements to Take Daily
